OUr story

Hudson Soil Co. is a women-owned business based in the Hudson Valley. It was founded in 2016 to distribute Community Compost Company compost. Our mission is to restore and sustain soil health by producing and selling quality compost.  

Through our collection service, we take organic material destined for the landfill and transform it into compost. This process reduces environmental impact, builds healthier plants and more resilient communities. We’re passionate about developing an integrated local food and agricultural system to recycle our resources.
